"This internship program is valuable on so many levels. . . It enables young adults to be exposed to "real-world, hands-on" experiences as well as learn how to interact with people in a professional setting. Interacting and engaging with business people is not an easy thing for kids of this age, but with [Mrs. Gray's] coaching and continuous exposure, I am witnessing firsthand the benefits."
